Eden Clinic are focussed on health and beauty treatments, run by Angela a registered doctor the treatments span a wide range of clinical services from beauty to weight loss. From a business point of view she's a busy woman, the site needed to do the heavy lifting.

The Project
Fortunately we're pretty good at sites that do the heavy lifting, getting an understanding of the wider business always feels odd for the client but it really helps us to understand what are the roadblocks for both their clients and our client. A website is not an TV advert released onto Google to show The World. It's more like a great tool in the toolbox and it can perform many functions as well as the obvious dispersal of brand values.
In this case their old site was too slow to get bookings, too slow to load and also not compliant with regulations required of registered doctors giving treatments. The last part was easy, just getting the correct content in the correct place, but the first two hurdles were more challenging. We moved the content from it's old Wordpress site, piled high on a slow server and launched it onto Webflow to skip along and quickly rank on Google. We also reworked the content create obvious calls to action for customers.
Accepting Rockets & Rascals Plymouth was ever going to be little more than a damn good cafe took too long but once it was accepted business really picked up. From a design and marketing point of view we dug in hard to tether the cafe to the cycling community, not just middle aged men in lycra but we pinned it to a mission statement of getting people in Plymouth to ride bikes. From this point onward building one of the most successful cycling cafes in the UK, if not The World, became a whole lot easier.

THE OUTCOME
What we delivered, from vision to execution
For a site that was basically built in about 10 days it's really a great site. Feedback from the client has been really positive and they were quickly and easily updating elements of the content themselves within our Editor platform within a few days. Next steps will be targeted social media adverts to drive traffic to the site.
